- A customer service manager (Call Center) is required to work for an air conditioning and home appliances maintenance company
- Shift system work: a morning week from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and a week in the evening from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Executive and supervisory duties:
• Supervising the response and inquiries regarding work services, procedures and systems
• Supervising the determination of the administration’s needs in terms of manpower, equipment and materials, and working to provide them
• Supervising the preparation of periodic reports on the activities of the department, its achievements and the problems it faces, and proposing the development of performance therein
People management tasks:
• Measuring the performance of the employees and evaluating the performance of the administration staff
• Providing guidance, assistance and support to employees to ensure the smooth flow of work and achieve outstanding performance levels
