Listen to customers to learn more about the vehicle's history, potential problems, and services they wish to have
Carrying out driver testing, inspections and other diagnostic tests on vehicles to locate problems and identify parts that need repair or replacement
Complete preventive vehicle maintenance, such as oil change, flushing, fluid replacement, and brake replacement
- Repair the car body damage and wash and paint the car from the outside
Create timetables and estimates for repairs and discuss options with clients
Examine the internal systems and controls to ensure that the vehicle is operating properly and in compliance with state regulations
Keep accurate records related to customers, their vehicles, spare parts, and service history
Use workshop equipment as instructed, and perform periodic maintenance and repairs as needed
