Job description:
* Preparing a short-term (6 months) (and long-term) development plan for more than a year, explaining the facility's goals, aspirations and development work steps, with quality and efficiency.
* Designing a specification brochure on the basis of which employees work according to the regulations to be implemented, and it is a comprehensive guide and scale for any branch of our restaurants
* Establishing standard operating procedures to ensure optimum use in operations in an equal and homogeneous manner in all branches. Responsible for ensuring the completion of daily work on the production line in the kitchen, etc.
Responsible for implementing the applicable rules, regulations and policies in relation to the Employment Department
* Follow-up of employment training, training dates, and analysis of training results and returns from them
* Responsible for the availability of all materials necessary for operational operations in quantities commensurate with the size and nature of work for each department, and for monitoring the consumer and damaged and executed according to the system followed
* Responsible for the availability of health, professional and standard conditions for workers, as well as materials, tools, equipment and service places for customers after studying and submitting them by the food development officer and branch managers
* Responsible for following up and completing any material faults, and to follow up and monitor periodic maintenance forms and follow them up
* Prepare the required weekly, monthly, and annual reports to help other departments to speed up the appropriate decision-making
Responsible for solving any customer problems if they are not solved by the branch administration
Responsible for controlling costs, food quality, customer satisfaction, speed of service, and working to increase profitability
* Monitor local competitors and their operations and make comparisons and present them to direct management. Ensure that comprehensive quality systems are applied in all operations
Responsible for implementing health and safety requirements (civil defense) as well as property and other insurance and file follow-up systems for keeping documents in the branches
