Job description:
- Processing of requests: Submitting customers' requests and basic requirements, such as all electronic services
- Recording inquiries: recording inquiries and complaints that are received, and informing about the solutions decided upon
Responding to inquiries: responding to basic questions and inquiries to clients, and providing advice to clients about their services, policies, and other relevant issues.
Complaints Referral: Solve basic customer complaints, and refer more complex problems to the complaints officer or any competent employee
Requirements:
  • Opening times as desired
  • Knowledge of computer use
  • The speed of learning and a good understanding of sexual information
  • Experience in providing electronic services
