1- Communicate and understand the requirements and needs of each event
2- Plan the events appropriately and set the required dates and budgets
3- Communication and agreement with suppliers such as restaurants, decoration companies, and photographic and audio equipment and devices
4- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the appropriate conditions at the right price
5- Participation in the recruitment and training of new employees in the Events Organization Department
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Practical experience in the position of Activities Coordinator for no less than 4 years
Proficiency in communication skills with different personalities
Ability to position, train, distribute tasks and required time
