Executing all blacksmithing, welding, fabricating and other technical tasks assigned to it by the mechanical maintenance engineer according to the established work plans and schedules
Carrying out all the work of detailing, maintenance and modernization of steam lines, from boilers to production lines and various machines
Manufacture of all types of parts according to engineering plans and technical drawings and according to the instructions of the mechanical maintenance engineer
- Examine the parts that are manufactured and ensure that they achieve the dimensions and final measurements and the limits of the required tolerance according to the technical drawings and drawings and ensure the durability of the welding performed and work to reduce welding defects
Coordination with the spare parts warehouse keeper in ordering and receiving the tools, tools and materials needed to carry out the required blacksmithing and welding tasks according to the approved systems and procedures and the mechanical maintenance engineer’s instructions
- Using the machines, equipment and related tools correctly and maintaining them in good operational condition and reporting any malfunctions that occur to them
Inform the mechanical maintenance engineer of any technical tasks that cannot be carried out within the capabilities available to him
