Manage and track reservations online and by phone
- Inform customers about payment methods verifying their credit card data
Recording necessary data and information for visitors
Receiving and welcoming visitors upon their arrival and directing them to the rooms
Cooperating with visitors and providing information about the hotel, available rooms, rates and facilities
Responding to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with the various departments within the hotel according to the needs of the guests
Confirm reservations and arrange customer services
Periodic update and maintenance of records of reservations and payments
- Supervising the hotel in general and ensuring the standards of quality and hygiene
Requirements:
University degree or diploma in hotels, hospitality or management
Good command of the English language
The ability to deal with reservation programs
The ability to listen to customers and provide excellent services
