A commercial legal advisor is required with at least five years of actual practice in well-known law firms to work for a commercial company (Arab Horizons for Transportation and Storage)
Some tasks:
Qualifying requests, evaluating legal options, and researching data related to cases, past cases, and legislation.
Drafting the company's articles of association and human resources regulations.
Assisting the facility in drafting legal opinions, written notes and other legal notes.
Conducting legal research, reviewing legal documents, and addressing important issues.
Review commercial establishment contracts, identify risks, and monitor the implementation of legal provisions.
Work may be remote or in the presence of a part-time or full-time system.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law
Proficiency in all computer programs is preferred
Oral communication skill
Writing and drafting skill
Experience in commercial disputes for companies in Saudi Arabia
Familiar with contracts, objection to violations of the Labor Office, and good familiarity with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Human Resources and Municipalities
Familiarity with the companies' articles of association and its drafting and leading the transformation of companies into joint stock companies
