Job Brief Role: Responsible for conducting all tests, reports and documents related to raw materials, feed, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow up scheduling of laboratory and equipment usage time
Follow correct instructions for methods of using laboratory equipment
Implementing the ISO 1702 quality standard in all laboratory activities
Submit records and reports on the results of the technical examinations to the supervisor
Supervising all tests of feed, raw materials, fertilizers, minerals and water in accordance with sound standards and requirements and in accordance with quality standards
Manage and submit regular reports to the laboratory chemical supervisor
Provide reports periodically with any observations on equipment performance and general condition, and request maintenance if needed
Ensure that quality standards are followed for the outputs of the results and examinations and communicate with the supervisor in case of errors in the results
Carrying out tests on materials externally periodically to compare results, to ensure their accuracy, and to correct errors
Conducting a test for raw materials and the final product of any kind such as water, food, feed, minerals and fertilizers according to the customer's need
Follow-up of the samples' workflow according to the quality system, from receiving the sample to disposal, and documenting the operations according to the used system
Carrying out some logistical and administrative tasks for the laboratory outside the laboratory work
