Summary of responsibilities:
Assigning work and overseeing team member performance in all front office procedures, including, but not limited to, guest check-in and check-out, lobby traffic and flow, baggage assistance, telephone operator services, and room rate and availability determination.
Respond to guests' inquiries, solve problems and complaints in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints.
Schedule and assign daily work, lead pre-shift meetings, inform and coach team members.
Monitor, monitor and assist in evaluating the performance of team members.
Monitor lobby movement and adjust staff accordingly.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer focused industry
Positive behavior and good communication skills
