Summary of responsibilities:
Reporting to the front office supervisor, the main job responsibilities and functions include but not limited to the following:
To provide a consistently professional, friendly and attractive service.
Greeting, checking in and settling guest accounts while ensuring that all service standards are followed.
Assisting guests regarding hotel facilities in a helpful and helpful manner.
Respond to every guest who approaches the reception desk.
- Pay rate by selling brand rooms.
Offer a "warm welcome" to all guests.
- Guest registration as per the hotel standards.
Register all clients, meet legal and policy requirements, and prepare and settle guest bills.
Ensure that the reception area is operated in a well-organized manner in order to create a lasting impression on all of our customers.
Carrying out all administrative tasks according to the hotel's standards to be fully aware of all promotions, activities and the hotel's occupancy status internally and in the surrounding area.
Building relationships with local companies and institutions to build businesses continuously.
Maintaining facilities and equipment in use in excellent condition.
Ensure that personal grooming, hygiene and appearance comply with hotel standards.
Follow management policies, procedures, and service standards.
Follow all safety policies.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English, a second language is an asset
Previous experience is preferred
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
The ability to focus attention on the guest's needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
