• Successfully passed a Hemodialysis Training Program.
• Certified in BCLS and preferably in ACLS.
• Identifies and drives changes in a future oriented and proactive manner.
• Drives people development & demonstrate actively holistic leadership principles.
• Monitor and sponsor for the implementation of corporate initiatives.
• Ensure compliance of local nursing practices & procedures with corporate and local regulations.
• Harmonize, improve nursing care policies and optimize nursing processes.
• Organize nursing training and education.
• Actively participate in the development and continuous improvement of nursing care standards.
• Advanced understanding in country health care.
Requirements:
Academic degree, with a valid practice license.
All Candidate should be Registered with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialist.
