Plan and implement accounting activities, maintain and review financial records, including processing receivables, payables and payroll, and assist in preparing financial statements.
Settlement of differences in accounts: settlement of financial account data, including bank statements, comparison between the actual balance and the amounts received and disbursed during the financial period, and settlement of any discrepancies.
Reporting: collecting financial data, providing summaries and reports on the financial position, and preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
Ensuring compliance: following accounting standards, financial reporting guidelines, and keeping up to date with legislation and professional standards.
Implementing accounting activities: Carrying out general accounting activities, preparing journal entries and maintaining ledgers to record transactions related to assets, liabilities and capital accounts, and verify financial transactions.
