▪ Define procurement department goals based on company strategy
▪ Follow and apply international standards in purchasing management
▪ Submit the monthly purchasing performance report to the CEO
▪ Manage activities related to strategic or tactical procurement, material requirements planning, or inventory control
▪ Design and implement procurement policies and procedures that support business strategies that adapt to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies
▪ Follow up on purchase orders and ensure their implementation in terms of time, specifications and required quality. And reducing the procurement cycle from the time the purchase order is received until the warehouse receipt voucher.
▪ Building the materials plan and implementing it in consistency with the production, maintenance and sales plan by obtaining the necessary quantities of raw materials, spare parts, consumables, feed additives, and other purchasing needs of the company in terms of goods and services
▪ Prepare annual purchase plans and the projected annual budget for purchases of fixed assets, materials and services
▪ Manage analysis, operations planning and reports for the Procurement Department to provide the best possible plan for the department
▪ Managing the performance of subordinate employees in the Procurement Department
▪ Ensure that the procurement staff know their goals and push them to achieve them and follow up the results of their performance indicators and review them with them at the end of the period
▪ Leading and motivating the procurement team by adopting best practices, achieving cost savings over budget and procurement during standard time within the local and international procurement cycle in a manner that does not conflict with procedures
▪ Suppliers are evaluated periodically and approved by the CEO for strategic products
Academic qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any major related to Procurement Management
Years of Experience:
At least 5 years of experience as a purchasing manager
