4. Issuing regulations and instructions related to the implementation of these procedures and following up on their implementation.
5. Permanent monitoring of the health and occupational safety conditions in the factory and ensuring their suitability.
6. Examine the raw materials supplied to the factory and make sure of the quality of the materials used in manufacturing and whether they match the specifications or not, and request health certificates for the materials used from the source.
7. Permanent supervision over the production processes in the factory, the cleanliness of the factory and its surroundings, the cleanliness of workers, and verifying their conformity with quality standards.
8. Direct supervision of laboratory technicians.
9. Participate in evaluating and qualifying suppliers.
10. Participate in evaluating the performance of employees and workers in all departments through their application of quality standards.
11. Supervising storage conditions in warehouses, both raw and ready-made materials, and ensuring the validity of cooling in cars
12. Responding to complaints about the product after conducting the necessary checks and investigations.
13. Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems and failures to senior management.
