Building an administrative team.
- Set plans (for higher revenue, reduce expenses, guest satisfaction, and product quality), follow up on their implementation, and follow up on the implementation of employees of the group’s procedures and regulations that aim to do so.
Responsible for all operations of the group (cleanliness, quality and service) in order to achieve the optimum level of performance and quality.
- Responsible for following up and accomplishing any major malfunctions and following up and monitoring periodic maintenance forms and working to fix all malfunctions for the benefit of the work.
Responsible for managing all employees of the Employment Department and raising their level of productivity to the maximum level.
