• Organize and schedule appointments for meetings or interviews with the General Manager.
• Create and archive any documents related to administrative affairs.
• Receive or make calls related to the administrative department.
• Prepare and arrange correspondence, whether issued or received, and refer incoming correspondence to the competent authority after presenting it to the General Manager.
• General supervision of all departments of the company, and following up on the implementation of any severe decisions from management.
• Formulate and archive any records related to management meetings.
• Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the administration.
