- Position Title: Production Engineer
- Reports to:Lead Production Engineer
- Job Summary:Responsible for production, design and process engineering at the Saudi manufacturing facility to ensure that all products are manufactured with utmost efficiency and quality, according to planned protocols using the appropriate technology and supporting quality control and conferring with management to stay on budget and meet production deadlines.
Major Responsibilities:
Production Engineering:.
- Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
- Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
- Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
- Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
- Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
- Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
- Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
- Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
Process Engineering:
- Implement process changes in a production environment.
- Develop new processes that enhance product quality and plant productivity.
- Work with suppliers to establish specification and conformance of incoming materials.
- Conduct process development experiments and tests.
- Troubleshoot problematic plant processes and develops corrective actions.
- Ensure all process functions are designed for safe and legal operation according to local industry regulations and sound standards of industrial practice.

Requirements:
B.S. Degree (or higher) in engineering or related technical area of study or equivalent experience
Training in Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems and technologies
Experience with composites products and equipment a plus
