Job duties and responsibilities:
A long, medium, and short term plan for electrical and mechanical maintenance work in all company cars
Supervising the implementation of daily maintenance work at all company sites and headquarters
Approving the requirements for materials, equipment, and spare parts for maintenance management, ordering them from purchases, and following up on their insurance
Approving the human resource needs to work in the Maintenance Department in cooperation with the Human Resources Department
- Contribute to identifying and adopting the necessary training needs for management workers in coordination with the Human Resources Department
- Work to implement the quality procedures in force in the company
- Holding regular meetings for the maintenance department employees to discuss work procedures, the extent of implementation of the agreed plan, and extracting the difficulties that face them in the performance of their duties, and work to solve them.
Training of personnel working in the maintenance department on their work and transferring his expertise to them
- Preparing periodic reports on the work of the maintenance department, including all the accomplishments, obstacles and proposed solutions for developing work and performance and submitting them to the general manager.
- Participate in the meetings to which he is invited, and express an opinion on the results and decisions
Supervising the observance of individual safety when performing maintenance work
- Work to transfer expertise and skills to the rest of the staff
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, Department of Automotive Mechanics
