Functional tasks :
1. Receiving customers and guidance inside the store's departments.
2. Provide accurate information such as product features, prices and after-sales services.
3. Responding to customers regarding products and services.
4. Show comparisons of prices and additional features to encourage customers to purchase.
5. Preparing and preparing various promotional offers.
6. Supervising the consistency of storage operations and the quantities shown on the shelves.
7. Supervising the procedures for recalling and replacing products.
8. Coordination with the retail sales team to provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times.
9. Informing customers of the latest offers and discounts on an ongoing basis.
10. Submit periodic reports on customer feedback to the store manager.
11. Being constantly informed of new products and services.
Skills needed:

Requirements:
