Providing general health care advice and dispensing doctor prescriptions with non-drug products to clients
Implementing guidelines, legal and ethical to ensure correct and safe supply of medical products to all customers
Supervises the display of products inside the pharmacy in order to ensure achievement of the main sales targets and levels of customer satisfaction along with the levels of operational readiness. You should also instruct patients to use medicines and medical devices.
Responsibilities:
1- Meeting the customers ’needs for providing prescriptions with a focus on the accuracy of each prescription and interpreting the doctor’s orders with great care, providing medical information regarding dosage, storage and side effects in order to ensure customers are aware and sufficient knowledgeable of the prescribed medical prescription and providing pharmaceutical care to clients as necessary.
2- Providing advice on prescription / non-prescription treatments for common diseases (such as influenza, cold, etc.) by examining symptoms and giving advice (such as dosage, storage, etc.) in order to ensure customer health and safety.
3- Explain and educate customers on proper handling of medical equipment designed for home use by providing information and additional reference sources (such as a user guide) to ensure safe and appropriate use of home medical devices.
4- Monitor the main sales performance goals and levels of customer satisfaction at the pharmacy level through direct monitoring, and submit regular reports in order to ensure increased sales and achieve a distinct level of customer satisfaction.
5- The accuracy of the payment and settlement processes through dealing with the cash register and coordination with the finance team in order to ensure the accuracy of the payment operations and compliance with legal requirements and internal financial operations.
6- Perform daily duties in accordance with the standard operating procedures applied to the pharmacy by taking appropriate measures to ensure performance in accordance with the accepted standards.
7- Verify that orders are entered in the pharmacy system, deal with logistics related to inventory levels (order deficiencies), implement warehouse management procedures (such as registering products on the sales system), manage expenses (such as registration and document receipts, etc.), updates and changes in their location, and supervise To implement the promotional plans set by the administration.
8- Ensuring the store's readiness by following-up and monitoring the obligations and guidelines for internal readiness (such as temperature, storage conditions, etc.) in order to ensure the effectiveness of daily operations along with the general shape of the store and the special appearance of workers inside the store and showroom.
9. Ensure compliance at the pharmacy level with health and safety policies and procedures (including safety guidelines) and any other operational standards required through follow-up, monitoring, and implementation.
10- Compliance with the legal requirements of the pharmaceutical sector as well as the pharmacy's internal standards and policies.
11- Displaying and arranging the products in a professional marketing way in cooperation with the showroom official in accordance with the guidelines for brand marketing.
12- Submit the department's weekly reports in accordance with the instructions of the senior management.
13- Maintaining pharmacological knowledge continuously by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies of the pharmaceutical sector.
14- Executing all the special instructions issued by the top management according to the business requirements, the market developments.
