1- Carry out daily supply activities such as purchasing, distribution, inventory management, implement the facility's supply chain activities, ensure delivery of goods, monitor its flow and delivery.
2- Monitor service levels and improve performance without delay in delivery.
3- Managing relationships with key suppliers and customers and providing high-standard service.
4- Monitor the performance of operations compared to the set goals, define patterns and make recommendations regarding corrective actions.
