Responsibilities:
1.Meeting the needs of customers to provide prescriptions with a focus on the accuracy of each prescription and interpret the orders of the doctor very carefully, and provide medical information on the dosage, storage and side effects in order to ensure customers are aware of and sufficient knowledge of the prescription and provide pharmaceutical care for customers as necessary.
2. Provide prescription / non-prescription advice for the treatment of common diseases (such as influenza, cold, etc.) by examining symptoms and giving advice (such as dosage, storage, etc.) in order to ensure client health and safety.
3. Explain and educate customers to properly handle medical equipment designed for home use by providing additional information and reference resources (such as user manual) to ensure safe and appropriate use of home medical devices.
4. Monitor the key sales performance objectives and customer satisfaction levels at the pharmacy level through direct monitoring and regular reporting in order to ensure increased sales and achieve a distinct level of customer satisfaction.
5. Accurate payment and settlement processes by handling cash register and coordinating with the finance team in order to ensure the accuracy of payment processes and compliance with legal requirements and internal financial transactions.
Perform daily duties in accordance with standard operating procedures applicable to the pharmacy by taking appropriate measures to ensure performance in accordance with generally accepted standards.
7. Verify the introduction of orders to the pharmacy system, deal with logistics related to inventory levels (request for deficiencies), implement warehouse management procedures (such as registering products on the sales system), manage expenditures (such as registration, receipt documentation etc.), updates and changes in place, and oversee To implement promotional plans set by the Department.
8. Ensure the availability of the warehouse by following up and monitoring the commitments and guidelines of internal readiness (such as temperature, storage conditions, etc.) in order to ensure the effectiveness of daily operations along with the overall shape of the warehouse and the special appearance of the staff inside the warehouse and showroom.
9. Ensure compliance at the pharmacy level with health and safety policies and procedures (including safety guidelines) and any other operational standards required through follow-up, monitoring and implementation.
10. Compliance with the legal requirements of the pharmaceutical sector as well as the internal standards and policies of the pharmacy.
11. Display and arrange the products in a professional marketing manner in cooperation with the showroom official in accordance with the guidelines for marketing the brand.
12 - Submit weekly reports to the Department in accordance with the instructions of senior management.
