- The ability to generate real estate opportunities and the preparation, evaluation and feasibility studies of real estate opportunities.
- The ability to choose and lease land for investment for long periods and to plan and build commercial centers on them with professional financial and technical study.
- Extensive relationships with reputable tenants across the Kingdom
Requirements:
University degree and preferably in engineering or marketing
Extensive experience in the Saudi market
English proficiency is an added advantage
Sufficient experience in the development of residential or commercial real estate projects or both.
