Job description:
- Developing quality control systems and procedures for the inspection and testing of raw materials supplied to the warehouse, following them up, and ensuring that they comply with the specifications set by the technical department and conducting chemical (microbiological) analyzes for the purification and bottling of bottled water.
- Ensure that all necessary equipment and tools are in place for quality control and quality assurance and follow-up.
- Operation of RO water purification plant.
- Ensure the application of quality standards of food safety (ISO 9001,22000-HACCP).
- Develop and follow up the systems and procedures for qualifying the new production line.
- Developing systems and procedures to control the quality of the product ready chemically and physically and packaging quality.
- Track the finished product and determine its validity (ready - reserved - not ready - execution).
- Work on the submission of reports on the quality of raw materials and finished product after each inspection.
- Follow up the application of quality policy within the factory.
- Follow up the risk assessment team and the environmental impact assessment team within the factory.
- Follow up the documents and records in force within the factory.
- Follow-up corrective and preventive measures and the preparation of periodic reports within the factory.
- Follow up the internal audit and its results in the factory and make periodic reports.
- Work to raise workers' awareness of the importance of occupational safety in coordination with the Department of Quality and Occupational Safety and human resources management.
- Work on the application of the principles and methods of occupational safety in the factory under the supervision of the Department of Quality and Occupational Safety.
- Prepare periodic reports on inspection and inspection work from the SFDA and submit it to his direct manager.
- Performs other duties related to the job objectives.
- Archiving all documents and reports related to the department, organizing and arranging them for easy reference when needed and coordinating with the central administration.
Requirements:
  • University Degree (Engineering - Science) Chemistry
  • 3 years experience
