- Providing oral and written legal advice in all specialties, especially commercial law
- Responsible for the establishment of relations with legal institutions, and review contracts and agreements established legally. He is also responsible for the development of legal strategies and public policies.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Supporting the development and implementation of the general strategy.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Director General on all his work.
- Managing the business and legal affairs of the establishment
- Building relationships with commercial institutions and companies and targeting them by offering office services
- Review and finalize the contracts and agreements of the establishment.
- Provide guidance in reviewing the main contracts of the facility and the different departments.
- Develop legal strategies and general policies for the facility to help target as many customers as possible and overcome every obstacle
- Provide the necessary legal recommendations.
- Management of legal cases.
- Contribute to the preparation of work contracts and contracts with its customers.
- Has the ability to write all legal transcripts quickly and mastery.
- Preparation and submission of reports
Requirements:
No less than a master's degree
Not less than 10 years experience in Saudi Arabia
Has professional in providing oral legal advice written accurately and professionally
Language requirements:
English-fluent
