Follow-up, organization and entry of salaries into the automated system
- Entry of all salary movements in the system (ORACLE).
- Enter all leave and work permits in the system.
- Work all entitlements for leave or end of service.
- Prepare and review payrolls on time.
- Extract all reports related to all related to salaries.
- Coordination with the accounting department in the case of the preparation of salaries.
- All that is approved by the direct president.

- Dealing with the HR system.
- Coordination and dealing with the accounting department.
Communication and Relationships:
- Oral and written communication with the direct supervisor to complete the work.
- Contact with HRMS department when needed.
- Direct contact with the accounting department.

- Be responsible for complete confidentiality in the work.
Requirements:
University degree or diploma in administrative or accounting sciences
At least two years of experience in accounting or management work
