- Work independently and within the authority vested in him and prepare the annual plan and budget of the Center, and develop instructions and programs for acceptance and training and follow-up implementation, and supervision of the tests, and work to improve the inputs and outputs training, and interaction with the community and the management of subordinates and skills development, Occupational and public health.
- Establishment and establishment of the internal rules of the Center
- Develop the annual plan for the work of the Center
- Assessment of the annual budget in light of the Center's needs of human cadres and training facilities
- Adoption of periodic training plans for the Center
- Follow up the implementation of the work programs related to the objectives and strategy of the Center
- Monitor all the work of the center and correct the deviant paths
