- Excellent legislative knowledge and ability to implement and manage health and safety legislation
- Ability to keep records and reports clear and accurate
- Enhance the safety of all on-site work and conduct supervisor meetings.
- Ensure that HSE information and records are collected to facilitate the health and safety plan.
- Conduct HSE induction and TBTs, keep attendance records and promote a positive safety culture.
- Stop unsafe work by any person during work and not allow tasks to continue unsafe.
- Report any accident, accident or miss immediately, according to the company's procedures and prevent the area from tampering with and conduct investigations to identify the root causes and the fundamental and immediate causes and ensure corrective actions are implemented for all HSE events.
- Assist in the care of the affected parties and ensure that the subcontractors, the consultant and the client team comply with the safety requirements.
- Ensure that the on-site welfare facilities (rest areas, water, latrines, etc.) are adequate and in an acceptable order.
- Arrange third party HSE inspections and on-site training as required.
- Any other dedicated administrative duty at the request of the Director of Administration or the Department's staff.
- Tracking and preparing the project report for health, safety and related legal requirements
Requirements:
Current Health and Safety Certificate (eg NEBOSH / IOSH / CSP certificate or equivalent)
BOSH / NEBOSH / IOSH Training Certificate and Chemical Safety Training Certificate
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English
Experience in OHSAS 18001: 2007, ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 9001: 2015
Fully familiar with international standards of HSE, industrial practices and you must have a risk identification certificate and investigate accident training
