- The applicant must have sufficient experience in developing residential or commercial real estate projects or both.
- Ability to generate real estate opportunities, preparation, evaluation and feasibility studies of real estate opportunities.
- The ability to choose and lease land for long periods of time, planning and building commercial centers with financial and technical studies.
- Extensive relations with prominent tenants throughout the Kingdom
Requirements:
University degree and preferably in engineering or marketing
