Job description:
- The overall objective of the job.
- The service of correspondence and comment on transactions with the relevant governmental and private bodies
- tasks and responsibilities.
1. Communicates letters and packages issued to government, private and related agencies.
2 - Receiving transactions directed to the company from the relevant authorities.
3 - Follow-up of the termination of transactions and procedures with the relevant government and private agencies.
4- Renew all documents and licenses of the company.
5. Follow up the mail and bring it to the company's headquarters.
6 - Prepare papers, files and records organizing his work.
7 - to perform any tasks assigned by the Department.
  • Required level of education: Diploma or secondary as a minimum
  • Type and number of years of experience: (4) years in the profession of commenting
  • Communication skills and the art of dealing with others
  • Full knowledge of the city of Jeddah and the sites of the relevant government agencies.
  • Preferably who speaks English
  • The existence of a driver's license and a private car
Employment type:

Salary Range: 4,000 S.R.
