- Receiving calls (maintenance requests received in the operations section) and checking the progress of the maintenance cases provided according to the requests received
- Receiving the service request through the customers and supervisors of maintenance directly or through cases of periodic inspection and preventive converted to work orders.
- Entry of the work order for the first time to the computer system
- Identify the appropriate team and communicate with him and hand over the work order.
- Updating the status of the work order as soon as the technician goes to the site (In process).
- Follow up of incomplete work orders daily, and review the technicians concerned.
- Coordinate between customers and the operations center and ensure the implementation of the work.
