Tasks and Job Description:
• Responds to phone calls and opens a ticket for each customer, and collects the necessary information about the problem or inquiry.
• Submit the customer's inquiry and / or details of the problem to the department / department concerned.
• Promotes customer service.
• Helps customers solve their inquiries and complaints, in a decent and effective manner.
• Maintains good relationship with customer base.
• Orders made by customers in the system occur and ensure that they are forwarded to the appropriate entity for corrective action.
• Maintains a customer service contact database by entering important information.
• Receives phone calls from current customers.
• Provides quick, professional responses to all customer feedback.
• Reports periodically on its work and on customer satisfaction to its direct supervisor.
