* Handle wisely with guest requests and solve their problems.
* Dealing with the services and technology used in the hotel.
* Participation in the preparation of the final accounts reports of the front offices of the hotel.
* Participation in the preparation of periodic reports on the work and performance of the hotel within a specified period of time.
* Participation in the preparation of future plans for the work of the hotel.
Requirements:
Excellent English - basic condition.
