- Supervising, coordinating and presenting guest services at the reception, including booking and check-in and check-out
- Implement hotel policies and procedures
- Review hotel prices compared to the market
- Raise the level of customer service and satisfaction
- Forming and maintaining strong business relationships with third parties, such as travel agencies, reservations, major corporations, embassies, etc.
- Maintain the reservation list and deal with it in strict confidence
