Job description:
- A customer service officer is required to perform the following tasks:
1. Receipt of transactions directed to the company by the relevant authorities.
2 - Follow-up of the termination of transactions and procedures with the relevant government and private agencies.
3. Renew all documents and licenses of the company.
4- Follow up the mail and bring it to the company's headquarters.
5. Prepare papers, files and records organizing his work.
6 - to perform any tasks assigned by the Department.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with the Office programs
  • Full knowledge of the computer
  • Full knowledge of the websites of the relevant government agencies
Employment type:
  • Full Time
Salary Range: 3,000 S.R.
