•To effectively manage workers, motivating them to complete projects on schedule.
•To ensure that site workers comply with site rules and regulations while monitoring their work quality.
•To allocate work assignments on site as per the daily program
•To collaborate with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project proceed as planned.
•To follow blueprints and construction plans, maintain equipment and manage paperwork.
•To ensure site image is in compliance with Company standards and policies
•To make sure all necessary measures are in place to abide by safety regulations.
