Tasks and duties:
1. Receipt of the goods according to the documentary cycle of the company.
2. Make invoices for customers according to the company's accounting system.
3. Contact with customers and confirm the condition of the goods after receipt.
4. Supervising the arrangement of the exhibition and showing it in a neat and clean manner.
5. Reporting the status of the market and customers to its direct manager (supervisor or department head).
6. Inquire about competitors and collect information about them and their offers.
7. Raise the morale of sellers and motivate them to sell.
8. Continue to re-organize the exhibition on a daily basis.
Following the entry and exit of the goods, completing the payment procedures.
9. Coordinate the delivery and installation of the goods with the warehouse and installation team as scheduled.
Responsibilities:
1. Providing quality and excellence in customer service, both before and after the sale.
2. Discharge of goods, win the satisfaction of customers before and after the sale.
3. Ensure that the goods issued are identical with the invoice issued for sales.
4. Follow up the customer to receive the goods until the completion of installation and delivery of the goods sold.
