Functional Description
- Responding to incoming telephone calls, serving customer service by different means, booking reservations, drafting an initial assessment and pricing for required maintenance, and establishing good relations with the public.
Job functions:
1. Respond to all incoming calls and customer service connected.
2 - Follow - up maintenance requests received through various means of direct and electronic communication.
3. Record caller information and maintenance status information in the call center program.
4 - follow up customer problems if any and follow up their requests and inquiries.
5 - Work to solve the problems of customers and complaints to the client.
6- Dealing with customer inquiries accurately and completely.
7 - follow-up customers maintenance contracts and schedule periodic visits.
8. Prepare the daily maintenance schedule by reference to recorded maintenance cases.
9 - Communicate with customers and confirm the maintenance schedules with them and carry out the work of analyzing the calls and submit them to the competent department to detail the precise calls and problems and the nature of queries and work on the development of services provided.
10. Submit periodic reports to the Director of Marketing.
