Job description:
• Implementing the company's policies, supervising the updating of approved policies and procedures, following up the implementation of rewards and penalties, and assisting the heads of departments to develop and implement policies and procedures related to these departments.
Detailed tasks and duties:
• Compile the company's plans and needs of manpower, and develop a plan to secure the needs adopted through recruitment, training, promotion and transport, and raise them for accreditation according to the powers and according to the budget system, which is already established by the Board of Directors.
• Make recommendations regarding the development of the company's policies and procedures.
• Recommending the development or modification of employment policies and procedures, in light of the general objectives and working conditions, and according to the powers and procedures of preparing and modifying the systems in coordination with the Director of Business Development.
• Checking employment applications in terms of compliance with the approved specifications and budget, and approving and converting them for accreditation according to the list of powers.
• Follow-up requests for employment, in terms of policies and procedures of advertising, inspection, selection, contracting, initial guidance and installation, in accordance with the instructions of the approved personnel policies, procedures and procedures.
• Develop long-term training plans for staff in collaboration with the Executive Director and annual training programs.
• Supervise the implementation of the training according to the approved plan and ensure that it achieves the goals, program and timing the timing of the issuance of staff assessment reports on time, and audit and review recommendations regarding bonuses and promotions (and sanctions) in terms of legality and compatibility with public policy and with the approved allocations.
• Maintaining official holidays, applying sick, annual and emergency sick leave and advising officials on their role in planning and approving annual leave.
• Organizing and supervising sick leave and health services, and guiding the company's employees and officials, each on his role and responsibility in the procedures in this regard.
• Supervise the registration of amendments to the payroll and monthly wages, and all the costs of the employees or their current or emergency receivables, and submit them to accounting.
• Limiting and circulating the legal requirements of each employee, supervising the achievement of these requirements on time, and follow up transactions with government departments and others as directed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the field of human resources 6 years and above
  • Speak Arabic and English speaking and writing
  • Experience in labor issues
  • Bachelor's degree as a minimum
  • For Saudis only
