Job description:
- Follow-up, preparation, guidance, planning and organization of all matters related to legal affairs in the company, including:
1. To study all issues related to the company and follow up disputes and issues to which the company is a party.
2. Provide legal opinion in all cases and cases received from various government departments and institutions.
3 - Representing the company before judicial bodies, institutions and government departments, and working on the management of legal cases.
4 - Preparation of legal drafting of administrative decisions issued by the relevant departments in order not to be challenged before the competent authorities.
5. Review the internal regulations and sanctions regulations in the company in cooperation with other departments and assist in their application according to the provisions of the law, and guidance in the event of any conflict with the laws and legislations provided for by law.
Requirements:
  • Minimum university degree in law
  • Advanced courses in legal consultations
  • Computer courses on business
  • Contract drafting and correspondence course
