1. Ensure the readiness of the restaurant and the validity of its tools over the twenty-four hours, within the best conditions and specifications required by the work.
2. Responsible for the management of all employees of the restaurant and maximize their productivity.
3. Responsible for training and follow-up training of all workers (new - old).
4. Organizing and managing successive work teams, following up the details of their work and coordinating between the members of the successive delegations.
Requirements:

Courteous and good dealing with customers
At least three years experience as Restaurant Manager
