The farm manager is responsible for planning, organizing and managing farm activities.
- Plant palm branches.
- Plant protection, especially the prevention and treatment of diseases and insects (red palm weevils, locusts, ...).
- Planning, coordinating and implementing agricultural activities through work tasks, prioritizing and directing the work of staff in accordance with the priorities established by the Department.
- Improving the irrigation system according to the latest technologies and best practices.
- Supervision and maintenance of agricultural equipment and tools.
- Supervision, technical assistance and training of farm workers.
- Promote the quality and increase the quantity of the crop.
- Coordination in the preparation of the annual budget.
- Apply health and safety standards throughout the farm area.
- Coordinate the purchase of required supplies such as fertilizers, pesticides and other materials on time.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the Department on agricultural processes and activities.
- Any other tasks assigned to you by the Administration from time to time
