Job Description
- Customer Requests Officer handles all incoming requests. A clerk usually works in a record or a computer, simultaneously communicating online or on the phone. An internal request clerk may work in a bulk warehouse. Should know about customer service, written applications, sales, marketing. The environment is usually fast-paced and high-power, and the system clerk must be comfortable juggling many tasks at the same time.
The client commands the system author
- The customer request clerk will perform a wide range of duties. See the list below for a typical job list:
• Checks inventory to make sure the product is available
• Calculates the price and any appropriate discounts
• Addresses customer complaints
• Preparation of contracts and invoices
• Validate customer information is up-to-date
• Verify customer's account for credit and outstanding payments
• Inform customers of shipping dates and any possible delay
• Notify the appropriate section of the order and shipping dates
• Reviews orders for accuracy and completeness
• Strives to sell additional customer goods
• Files of all orders received by customer system clerk requirements
Requirements:
  • To be a Saudi national
  • Be good in English
  •  High School certificate
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
