Attending the meetings held between the Director General and the Directors
Follow up the implementation of the tasks entrusted to the directors of the departments according to the specified dates.
• Ensure the implementation of all administrative policies and office procedures
• Preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations and minutes of the meeting.
• Receiving visitors, arranging group calls and monitoring incoming calls
• Responsibility for booking flights and hotels.
• Maintain and manage files and data regarding the level of confidentiality.
• Process all incoming or outgoing tasks by e-mail messages.
• Follow-up and preservation of interdepartmental data
