Job description:
• Interacting internally with different departments to ensure business continuity.
Preparing meetings and managing them in a way that helps to make them successful.
Attending the meetings held between the Director General and the Directors
Follow up the implementation of the tasks entrusted to the directors of the departments according to the specified dates.
• Ensure the implementation of all administrative policies and office procedures
• Preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations and minutes of the meeting.
• Receiving visitors, arranging group calls and monitoring incoming calls
• Responsibility for booking flights and hotels.
• Maintain and manage files and data regarding the level of confidentiality.
• Process all incoming or outgoing tasks by e-mail messages.
• Follow-up and preservation of interdepartmental data
Requirements:
  • Experience at least 3 years
  • Full knowledge of secretarial work
  • Mastering computer skills
  • Communication skills and time management skills
Language requirements:
  • English-fluent
