- Develop a plan to maintain existing customers and attract other customers.
- Conducting field visits to current and prospective customers to build a close partnership with the Center inside and outside Riyadh.
- Provide current customers with bulletins and information about the center and respond to their inquiry.
- Updating the database.
- Management of the Center's websites.
