Objective of the job: Communicate with the target customers and familiarize them with everything related to the product specifications, prices and advantages
Functional tasks:
Displaying the product to customers thus leads to its introduction in the market
- Attract new customers to deal with the company and the policies that it determines.
- Build a large base of customers and communicate with them in case of sale
- Implement sales visits to customers and inform them of the company's fixed and variable sales policies
- Strengthen customer relationships and categorize them by target groups (A, B, C)
- Periodic evaluation of the rate of growth / decline of the level of customer withdrawals
- Working to solve the problems of customers urgently (forward / return / fast delivery / ...)
- Working to add new customers to the list of dealers with the company
- Collection of open invoices within the allowed time period
- Collection of checks in the allowed time period
Requirements:
Good knowledge of the field of plastic granules
Ability to take responsibility
Familiarity with the needs of the market and the policies of competitors
