- Monitor purchase orders and convert them into purchase orders.
- To carry out the procurement process in accordance with the approved purchase orders according to the approved specifications and according to the supply schedule.
- Monitoring the procurement representatives to request quotations according to specifications and quantities.
- The execution of negotiation and procurement processes in an effective manner in terms of price, quality, delivery dates, payment terms, service and execution in some cases.
- Direct supervision of the performance, development, assistance and cooperation of procurement agents in some procurement roles.
- Coordinate between the procurement and warehouse departments and make sure that orders are present before executing orders.
- Preparation of monthly reports to the Department of Procurement of orders and purchase orders.
Requirements:
Experience in the field of not less than 3 years
Preferably holders of university degree
Preferred Saudi applicant
The age of the applicant is not more than 35 years
