Job description:
- Organizing and supervising sick leave and health services.
- Supervising the performance of employees
- Arranging employee files
- Supervision of employment
- The work of models in English
- Supervising the needs of work
- Follow-up of applications for employment, in terms of the policy and procedures of advertising, examination, selection, contracting, initial guidance and installation, in accordance with the instructions of the approved Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual.
- Make recommendations regarding the establishment of rules of promotion, reward and other incentives on the basis of a fixed system to assess the development of performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Management or Administrative Diploma
  • Experience of less than 3 years (average experience)
  • Courses - English and Arabic
