Description:
1. Attracting customers and offering the services of the company in different types of services according to their needs, desires and purchasing abilities.
2. Provide detailed customer information about the services, prices, specifications and privileges available.
3. Communicate constantly with customers and respond to all their inquiries and deal with their objections with care and intelligence and convince them to continue.
4. Negotiate with customers the prices and methods of payment according to the rules and regulations in force at the company.
5. Work to increase the volume of sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets in accordance with the plans set by the Department.
6. Receive and complete the necessary documents and documents to complete the registration process and prepare the file for this in coordination with the concerned department.
7. Deliver the reports entrusted to it with complete accuracy and deliver them on time.
8. Providing a good mental image of the company to the customers and raising the general satisfaction of the company and its services.
9. Attract new clients to deal with the policies set by management and communicate with them and build strong relationships with them.
10. Establish a database of customers to be dealt with as well as prospective customers.
11. Continuous communication with customers until delivery of all contracted services.
12. Participate actively in exhibitions and be careful to appear in an honorable and effective manner.
13. Forward any comments made by customers whether proposals, complaints or wishes to the Direct Manager.
